Every company has its journey. The evolution of AG Capital started back in 1993 in Varna, Bulgaria with one brokerage office, an exceptional team and the vision of the owner. Nowadays the office is a landmark real estate office of Address real estate, its team members successfully hold top management positions in the Group and the owner is a Chairman of one of the most successful real estate groups in the Balkans.

    • Set up holding structure, named Address Group with four subsidiaries
    • Specialized separate departments to focus on residential, commercial and vacational market sectors
    2001
    • Developed a branch network of 50 franchise partners of Address
    2002
    • Built a nationwide branch network of 30 own brokerage offices
    • Implemented in Address first internal information system in real estate segment
    • Established Address Invest
    2003
    • Created six subsidiaries of Address Group
    • Set up the first international office in London
    • Developed offices specializing in brokerage of commercial properties
    • Enlarged branch network to 45 own offices
    2004
    • Established Forton as a new company with focus on commercial real estate
    • Forton signed associate partnership contract for Bulgaria with Cushman & Wakefield
    • Address received “BENTLEY” award for best real estate agency in 2005
    • Address Group received best management team award
    • Established Advance Address Valuations, a company specializing in professional valuation services
    2005
    • Listed BLD on the AIM market of LSE raising £10 million
    • Established Forton Macedonia after acquiring Altitlan, a local leader on the Macedonian commercial real estate market
    • Rebranded Address Group to AG Capital
    • Address granted Superbrand award in real estate in Bulgaria
    • Established Domika to operate in real estate sector offering vocational properties to Russian-speaking clients
    2006
    • Opened 19 additional franchise offices of Address
    • Address granted another Superbrand award in real estate in Bulgaria
    • Set up Facility Optimum Bulgaria, a company specializing in professional facility management services
    • Opened Address Serbia
    • Opened an international office of Domika in Moscow, Russia
    • Raised additional £15 million at BLD
    2007
    • Opened Domika’s second international office in St. Petersburg, Russia
    • Address was awarded Bulgarian Business Superbrand in real estate category
    • BLD acquired Polygraphia, an emblematic industrial building in central Sofia
    • Forton and Cushman & Wakefield brokered the sale of Mall Varna for €120 million, which was the largest retail deal of the year
    2008
    • Sold Regent’s Property Advisors, one of the agencies of AG Capital
    • Established Frontex International to offer integrated receivables management and collection solutions
    • Established TVO Property & Facility Management Bulgaria in partnership with TVO International
    • Forton helped sign the largest Bulgarian office lease of 23 000 sqm with the Bulgarian Telecommunication Company
    2009
    • BLD was acquired by main shareholders CLS Holdings, AG Capital, Laxey Partners and other minority shareholders
    2010
    • Address received Superbrand’s award for fifth consecutive year
    • Polygraphia Office Center was fully renovated, leased and opened as one of the most prestigious office projects in Sofia city center
    2012
    • Established Intelliway Services to offer BPO services to international clients
    • Acquired Prestige Business Center and developed it as new premium office location in Sofia
    • Started development of first own residential project Cacao
    • Sold majority stake of Frontex International to Axxess Capital Partners
    2013
    • Separated BLD activities into three divisions: BLD Homes, BLD Offices and BLD Assets.
    • Frontex International acquired largest portfolio of NPLs of BNP Paribas with face value of €50 million
    2014
    • Investment funds advised by Empower Capital (Empower) and KJK Capital (KJK) acquireed 100% the leading facility management company in Bulgaria Facility Optimum
