I founded Address 16 years ago as a small real estate agency and today it is the largest real estate company in Bulgaria and the heart of our Group. I was honoured to have Address declared Superbrand for 2006 and 2007 in its area and Business Superbrand for 2008.
Strategic partnerships have been developed in commercial advisory (Cushman & Wakefield), luxury properties (Christies’ Great Estates), insurance (April Group) and mortgage lending services. The AG Capital team has the support of major institutional investors in Bulgarian Land Development PLC, a development company listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
