Mr. Christo Iliev is the founder and CEO of Bulgarian Land Development (BLD) – an independent company incorporated to act as a residential and commercial property developer in Bulgaria.
The company was listed on the AIM market of LSE in March 2006, following a share placing, and reached a market capitalization of £25 million on floatation. In February 2007 BLD raised its capital to £40 million.
Address Group had been developing its property development business since 2003 through Address Invest – the company that later on became the basis for the establishment of BLD. After BLD’s admission to the London’s AIM, Address Invest ceased operations and BLD acquired all of its assets. The company also attracted some of the key management personnel of Address Invest and the other companies in AG Capital’s portfolio. Each company in AG Capital holding provides the whole range of its services to BLD at a competitive basis.
The Company’s outstanding portfolio includes a mixture of residential developments in sea and ski resorts as well as in Sofia, an landmark commercial project, off-plan and land acquisitions.
