BG Credit & Leasing is a joint venture between AG Capital and Biggeorge’s Holding, Hungary.

The foreign partner is the largest real estate holding company in Hungary that manages assets in excess of €280 million. Biggeorge’s Holding is the owner of the most successful Hungarian mortgage lending company (BG Hitel & Lizing), as well as of the largest real estate company (Otthon Centrum).

BG Credit & Leasing will be the only specialised mortgage lending institution in Bulgaria.
